I am writing an essay about if Texas Medicaid should regulate the vaccinations for newborns or if it should be up to the parent. (Rights of a parent of a child on Medicaid) Before I can write it I need to know what the rules are currently to argue the point. I’ve been doing research and I haven’t been able to find anything. Anyone have any websites that I can use as sources? Or at least be able to point me in the right direction? I need facts so I can document so please not just opinions!
